Alliance Building Services is seeking a Temporary HR Assistant. The role involves managing assigned requisitions, sourcing qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and evaluating applicants.
Job Duties:Review and screen resumes and job applicationsConduct initial phone or video interviewsSchedule in-person and virtual interviewsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirementsDevelop and implement sourcing strategiesMaintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System)Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholdersRecommend new sourcing methods to attract candidatesBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sourcer or similar role Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Verbal and written communication skills Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidatesEffective time-management abilities Experience with social media recruiting Understanding of referral programs Prior experience with various interview formats
High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour
