Our colleagues across the business look to the Talent Team to consistently provide & develop the most promising talent. As an HR Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal. You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities within the Talent Team, for the HR Director and HR Communication Manager. It’s no exaggeration to say no two days are quite the same in this role. In return, you can expect plenty of opportunities to develop your own career. In this regard, good organizational skills and punctuality are necessary. Most importantly, we are interested in people who have a "can-do" attitude. We are looking for temporary support, so the duration of your contract will be 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
Planning and preparing meetings and booking of meeting rooms; Receiving and giving first-line advice to people who come to the HR desk (in our head office in Diegem) with questions; Keeping stock and managing orders; Clearing paper archives and assisting in the further digitization of the archives; Keeping track of the number of leavers per week and collecting material from leavers, answering questions and forwarding to the right department; Preparing welcome package for new joiners; Going through and distributing mail for the HR department; Occasionally translating short texts from NL to FR or ENG or vice versa; Helping out with admin tasks of colleagues when needed; Providing support to the communications manager for internal HR communications: mainly intranet content management and creating/sending out talent updates; Managing incoming requests for train tickets; Providing support for all questions related to our internal mobility;Your Profile
You have:
A Bachelor or a Master degree; You are available to start in this temporary position as from September '24 Professional experience in a complex & international company is an asset but not required; An excellent level of Dutch, French and English (spoken and written); A thorough command of MS Office; You are a true team player, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy; Excellent communication skills; Finally, but definitely not lastly, you have strong organizational skills.
