Temporary HR Coordinator

Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator. This company recently underwent a reorg, and HR Director needs a contract HR Coordinator to aid the HR director in related tasks she does not have the bandwidth to accomplish with her existing responsibilities. This is a contract position slated to last 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
* Performing administrative duties such as maintaining employee databases, sorting emails for the HR department, writing job descriptions, and logging I-9 compliance information
* Assisting the HR Director in policy formulation, hiring processes, and salary administration
* Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date
* Assist with the backlog of a high volume of positions that need updated descriptions
* Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
