**Job Title:** Temporary IT Support **Location:** Mills, WY **Work Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $28 - $33 per hour DOE **Assignment Duration:** 1 Month **Job Description:** Adecco is assisting a local client in Mills, WY, in finding a Temporary IT Support professional for a one-month, full-time assignment. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while contributing to the smooth operation of computer systems within the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up and configure new computers and IT equipment. + Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues (hardware/software). + Provide technical support to employees for system inquiries and issues. + Perform software installations and basic network connectivity tasks. + Assist with general IT maintenance and system updates. + Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions. + Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems and equipment. **Qualifications:** + Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Previous experience in IT support or a help desk role is a plus, but not required. + Must be available to work full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) for the duration of the one-month assignment.
