Job Description Kearns Recreation Center 5670 South 4800 West Kearns, UT 84118 385.468.1715 The Kearns Recreation Center hires part-time and seasonal staff to work in our childcare, recreation and youth sports programs. Hours are flexible and we provide opportunities for required training. We are looking for motivated, reliable, people-friendly staff in the following areas: + Childcare + Large Van Drivers (no CDL license needed) + Classroom Teachers + Kitchen Workers + Summer Camp Counselor + Customer Service Team + Front Desk Attendant + Afternoon/Evening Custodial TEMPORARY POSITIONS: An "At Will", FLSA non-exempt employee who is not eligible for County benefits and who must work an average of 29 hours or less per week or an average of 129 hours or less per month. + Must work an average of 29 hours or less per week or an average of 129 hours or less per month. + Are not eligible for County benefits except as otherwise provided for by policy. + Are not considered merit employees. + Are "at will" employees who may be terminated for any reason, without notice, and without a pre-termination hearing.
