Job Description Millcreek Activity Center 4405 S 1025 E Millcreek, Utah 84124 385.468.1750 Millcreek Activity Center is primarily a licensed childcare facility. We offer childcare for children of varying ages at multiple locations. Millcreek Activity Center transports children to and from school for grades k-6. We also have three offsite Early Head Start classrooms that work with children 0-3 years old. These classrooms are located at various centers in the Salt Lake Valley.
