Temporary Law Firm Receptionist

Small law firm is currently hiring a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist for 6+ months. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering inbound calls, transferring calls, taking messages or providing basic information regarding the firm. Information could include giving the mailing address, attorney’s availability for appointments, etc. The receptionist is also responsible for signing for mail, entering mail into the system and creating mailing labels. It is imperative the receptionist has data entry and clerical skills.

Requirements
Great phone skills
Type 30 wpm or greater
Administrative and clerical skills
