PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
There are two parts of any SAP solution: The software itself and the people who configure and use it. Enabling those is essential for success. The SAP Learning Services team delivers strategic learning advice and user learning to enable customers for SAP cloud solutions. The SAP Learning Services portfolio includes organizational change management, enablement planning services (such as develop enablement strategies and running learning needs analysis for SAP customers) and enablement execution (such as customized user enablement content development for customers).

Within the SAP Learning Services team, we are searching for a Learning Project Manager for South Korea.
The individual must be an energetic and dynamic self-starter, who is able to deliver exceptional results through active participation within multi-cultural virtual teams.
Location of the role is South Korea.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Acting in the role of Education Project manager:
Deliver billable SAP Learning Services projects on customer site, such as:
Enablement project planning activities:
Develop overall enablement strategy for a customer (based on which enablement delivery channel which target groups to be enabled) Deliver learning needs analysis for a customer (both for project team members and users)
Enablement project management activities:
Manage the execution of an enablement projects according to plan, using proven enablement project management methodology, standards and processes Coordinate enablement delivery for different target groups (incl. train-the-trainer and enablement delivery for users). Leads / engages team of instructors, authors and change agents from internal, 3rd party provider and/or customer resources. Coach education resources. Manage relationship with project stakeholders, keeps them informed about enablement progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables regarding enablement. Create a project environment that enables peak performance by enablement team members. Manage the financial aspects of the enablement project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance. Analyse enablement risks, establishing contingency plans and identifies trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action. Escalate early issues about the enablement project to account management. Ensures enablement project has a clear assignment of work; reviews quality of work and provides performance input to project team members’ functional management.

Required skills
Excellent knowledge of South Korean (fluent spoken, written) Very Good knowledge of English Excellent knowledge about how to run training projects Ability to develop strategies and concepts Strong knowledge about learning concepts and SAP Learning portfolio Communication and moderation skills Intercultural experience and sensitivity Quality driven (accuracy to detail), analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience as Education Consultant or Consultant (ex. Learning project-content development) or Consultant (Application, Technology) with strong education know-how and SAP Learning portfolio know-how
