Our client, a mass media company in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis through May 2025.

About the job:

Greet guests, receive packages, and provide a welcoming presence at the front desk.Assist employees with support requests, manage office supply and snack inventory, and coordinate maintenance and repairs with service providers.Help with various move-related tasks, such as walkthroughs with movers, inventorying office items, and coordinating logistics.

Requirements:

Prior office administration or front desk experience preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.Comfortable working independently and handling a variety of office tasks.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
