JOB SUMMARY The Recruiter supports the organization in talent acquisition including but not limited to posting and management of open requisitions, maintaining applicant tracking system, prescreening and scheduling interviews with hiring manager, and candidate communication. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in full cycle recruitment. The Recruiter will work cross functionally with Talent Operations, HRBPs, and other departments to manage and plan for open headcount. STATUS: Temporary Full-Time LOCATION: Remote DEPARTMENT: Talent JOB TYPE: Non-Exempt Duration: 60 Days ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES + Plans and supports the daily activities of recruitment, promotional opportunities, job postings, and placement + Coordinates requisition and posting process through applicant tracking system, job descriptions, interview scheduling + Participates in the interview process to determine suitability for position, provides feedback to managers and candidates, schedules interviews and facilitates debrief discussions, and extends offer to candidates. + Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated. + Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to ensure best practices + Development of interview templates that screen applicants for values that are in line with the organization’s culture + Support the Talent Acquisition Lead in the development and implementation of strategies that will drive the overall talent acquisition process, quality of hiring, and time-to-fill goals + Monitor and Track recruiting activities and provide reporting on various metrics + Maintains a working knowledge such as company benefits, etc. to ensure excellent communication and support to FIFCO USA employees + Supports the planning of the new hire orientation and onboarding process as needed + Completes special projects and supports other initiatives as required + Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline + 2 - 3 years’ experience in a recruiter role; corporate and manufacturing recruitment highly preferred + Experience in using applicant tracking systems, ADP is a plus + Expertise in HR policies, procedures, best practices including knowledge of applicable laws and current regulations + Intermediate to advance computer and technology skills required (MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking System, ADP) In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $30-35.00/hour.
