The 90 day assignment hours are 36 hours per week and include Nights and Weekends. **Job Description:** Johnson 4 is a medical/surgical and cardiac telemetry Progressive Care Unit, which accepts patients 18 years of age or older with cardiac and Medical/ surgical conditions. Common Medical Diagnoses Heart failure STEMI/NSTEMI Acute Coronary Syndrome Syncope Cardiac Dysrhythmia Cerebral Vascular Accident Circulatory disorder Chest Pain Pre and Post Pacemaker/AICD placement Pre and Post Cardiac Catheterization As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following: + Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness + Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient + Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes 36 hours per week, day shift (7am-7pm) **Education and Experience** + Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred + Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts + Basic Life Support (BLS) required + ACLS preferred + PCU Experience preferred + Progressive Telemetry Competency Education ~ preferred **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
