Responsibilities

The Security Concierge Associate acts as a welcoming presence, ensuring operational flow and safety at corporate facilities. This position will primarily focus on transporting associates and visitors to and from the building while providing security oversight. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills, manage security protocols, assist with Loss Prevention calls, and monitor the premises for any security breaches.

Transport associates and visitors from parking areas to corporate facilities using a golf cart with a friendly, safety-conscious approach Greet visitors, assess their purpose for entering the facility, and direct them to the appropriate location Receive deliveries, answer phones, and handle basic office tasks including data entry and sorting mail Perform security measures such as maintaining visitor logs, monitoring CCTV, and inspecting bags as needed Patrol the premises, ensuring no unauthorized entry and reporting any suspicious activity to supervisors or authorities Assist with security equipment storage and inventory management for corporate facilities Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
