Position Summary  Heath is seeking a skilled and seasoned visual designer who confidently crafts and ships design projects while balancing considerations of craft, audience, market landscape, brand consistency, and business needs. They hold the Heath visual identity and tone closely, while also seeking opportunities to explore, iterate, experiment, and evolve the Creative team’s communications and graphic design touchpoints (customer-facing and internal). They’re a maker, true craftsperson with expertise in type, layout, photography, print & digital formats, and an excellent communicator, navigating not only the Creative team but also cross-functional relationships to support the business’s vision, goals, and purpose. Position Responsibilities + The Senior Graphic Designer designs print, experiential, and digital assets from concept to iteration to production that communicate, inspire, strengthen, and uphold the Heath brand identity  + Leads design projects within an area of the business from end-to-end   + Collaborates closely within the Creative team and cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives  + Continually and vocally advocates for Heath’s established position as an innovative and leading design brand  + Manages multiple design projects simultaneously from conception to completion. Is responsible for creative concepts and execution as well as operational details (timing, specs, deliverables)  + Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather and integrate feedback and execute projects prioritizing business needs/objectives Qualifications + 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design + BFA in graphic design or equivalent work experience in the design field  + Strong typography and layout skills, comfortable using and evolving design systems  + Clear communicator (written, verbal, visual)  + Expert in cross-functional communication, information gathering + Strong attention to detail  + Expert in project management/self-managing timelines, deadlines, and production workback schedules  + Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, Figma, Google Suite, Asana  + Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;  responsive design and web accessibility is a plus  Work Environment/ Hours / Compensation This position is a temporary 4-6 month assignment. The hours are full-time. The role hybrid role and you must be available to work at least 1 -2 days a week in our San Francisco office. The hours for this position are generally 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  This position pays $48.00 - $55.00 hourly, based on experience.   Only Bay Area candidates will be considered.
