The Shipping Receiving Clerk in Yarmouth, ME is responsible for ensuring that the correct items and quantity for each order are picked. You will also pack order items so damage will not occur in shipping to customers; seal packages, create and apply mailing labels for shipment; receive, unload, and verify counts of incoming shipments; put away labeled merchandise into Primary and Overstock areas, document quantities and locations, and resolve any inventory discrepancies; count, generate, and apply bar-coded labels to, and box up incoming merchandise from internal and external vendors; complete required documentation and maintain orderly records; restock shipping stations throughout and at the end of the work day.; and maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition; follow prescribed safety regulations. You will have the ability to operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move inventory to designated locations. 

Shipping Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis. 

Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time. 

Ability to perform repetitive tasks. 

Ability to read, write, and understand directions in English. 

Math skills, basic/metric required. 

Entry-level computer literacy 

Strong communication skills 

Working knowledge of order fulfillment programming

Shipping Receiving Clerk Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m to 4:00 p.m

Pay rate: $20/Hr.

Start Date: ASAP
