OVERVIEW Support communication and engagement efforts with CLI Driver candidates to improve application completion rates, under the Director of Talent Acquisition leadership. Responsible for sourcing new talent, screening applicants, and building pipelines of candidates for future employment. Utilize multiple marketing and communication platforms to engage with applicants and potential applicants. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Utilize an established process to engage leads and drive app flow. 2. Responsible for a wide range of direct outreach activities with prospects and applicants for positions within CLI, under the direction of Talent Acquisition leadership. 3. Leverages multiple forms of technology (CRM, ATS, email) to search for and connect with potential applicants. 4. Builds rapport and trust with applicants in all stages of the recruitment process, by representing CLI in a professional manner and promoting our recruitment goals, mission, and core values. 5. Educates applicants on next steps in the recruitment process and builds rapport with applicants to encourage them to move forward in the hiring process. 6. Supports the team with lead generation tactics including telephone, SMS, email, and job board outreach.
