In this role, you will:

Play a vital role in supporting the testing and evaluation of vehicles and components Prepare tests according to established procedures Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of issues using specialized tools and equipment

The Temporary Test and Development Mechanic - Safety Testing Mechanic will:

Use CAN diagnostic tools (CDA) to check-in vehicles and identify issues and flash software prior to testing Perform repairs and modifications to vehicles as needed to address testing needs Conduct tire mounting, balancing, and road force testing Assist engineers with data acquisition and analysis during testing Document test procedures, findings, and repairs in a clear and concise manner Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols Collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other team members

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required Minimum TWO (2) years of auto service experience required Strong overall vehicle knowledge and mechanical skills Valid driver's license with no physical restrictions Basic computer skills Effective communication skills Great attitude and punctuality Initiative-taking and strong work ethic required Able to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong background in fabrication Minimum THREE (3) years auto dealership service experience Experience with Chrysler Diagnostic Application EOE / Disability / Veteran
