Tenant Lease Administration Coordinator, Real Estate - Lak
The Real Estate Assets department owns and manages a portfolio of nearly 500 Publix-anchored properties. The department manages the portfolio in-house including Property Management, Lease Administration, Leasing, Acquisitions, and Asset Management teams. Within the department, the Tenant Lease Administration Coordinator supports tenant lease administration processes and ensures functions are completed accurately and timely to support business decision-making operations.

In Publix's corporate offices, we value in-person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers. Many of Publix's corporate offices offer work from home up to two days a week. Each business area implements their policy differently and should be discussed during interviews.

What you’ll do
 review Tenant Lease Administrator (TLA) work tasks while providing feedback and guidance on processes, and acting as a back up to multiple positions on the teamcoordinate the set-up of tenant leases, Publix Internal Rent contracts, and Declaration billing contracts for shopping center acquisitions provide clerical and administrative support to the Manager of Lease Administration and Compliance and their teamanalyze legal documents and title documents related to Company Controlled properties to support lease administration functions and maintain various associated reports
