We are looking for a Tender Manager to cover an upcoming maternity leave who is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Skåne region, Sweden or Oslo, Norway. 

On this position you will play a vital role in crafting the future success of the company by leading and completing the tender management process. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop the role by applying commercial understanding and collaboration skills, as well as by building networks.

As project lead for all tenders, you will ensure that all tenders relevant for Baxter are identified, communicated, and processed. The Tender Manager acts as a main point of contact to tender bodies on both regional and national levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Active participation in Nordic Bids & Tender teamworkStrategic stakeholder managementDrive national tender negotiations for Baxter’s productsInternal coordination for implementing the commercial strategy in tendersSet up relevant tender management teams for new tendersManage and coordinate correct tender prices in collaboration with the commercial teamsAnalyze and develop new innovative tender strategiesProactively understand and apply innovation in tender work

Your profile

Ability to lead complex processes and to communicate both in Danish and EnglishExperience in tender management and commercial approachAbility to represent Baxter to external collaborators and to build customer relationshipsUniversity or business degree (preferably in economics or health care system)Thorough knowledge of local tender, pricing, and reimbursement processes as well as knowledge of the industry value chain and regulatory environment
