Timely and periodically collect, follow up, update and deliver all-level countrywide tender information for internal stakeholdersResponsible for collaborating internal resources such as GA, Legal, RA, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufactures and relevant stakeholders to ensure success of submitting documentsProactive to participate the Sales meeting, collect sales feedback and requests for tendering / bidding, design and implement tender training courses for Sales and other related associates to increase the organization's ability to win tender in efficient ways. Organize tender task force whenever needed to facilitate, provide advices and coach Sales at early stage of tenderStrategic partnership with Beckman globe, third party of tendering agencies and tendering decision makers to further gain competitive advantage and shape tendering environmentPeople development: develop team member to improve professional working skills and working capability.Keep abreast of the best bidding/tendering practices so as to develop our company's position and plan for improvement internally and externallyAssess the efficiency & effectiveness of the overall bidding/tendering activities and establish internal controls and KPIs
