**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our **Warsaw location** in the **Core Diagnostics** Division. This is an office based position with the flexibility of 1home working day/week.
As a Tender Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the procurement process for our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
**Major Accountabilities:**
+ Perform all duties in accordance with compliance regulations, company policies, applicable laws and ethical standards
+ Seek for announcements on scheduled tenders
+ Prepare tender offers for Core Diagnostics, Transfusion, and Molecular Diagnostics Divisions according to the tender requirements
+ Be point of contact for customers for communication and clarifications needed related to tenders’ issues
+ Collaborate with legal counsel on tender-related matters, including appeals
+ Ensure the seamless and effective transition from tender to contract
+ Register new contracts into the local tenders’ databases
+ Collect tender data from the market, supporting the Sales Department with information about competitors' offers
+ Support the sales department in contacts with external suppliers and further administrative tasks
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or Public procurement law
+ At least 3 years working experience in the public procurement law, preferably in the diagnostics industry with an emphasis on managing tenders and supporting the sales organization with administrative tasks
+ Native Polish and Advanced English
+ Strong communication skills
+ Detail oriented, customer focused, strong communication and organization skills
