Job Description

To provide overall expertise in the maintaining of the tennis courts and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

o Daily Maintenance of all the tennis courts including but not limited to, sweeping, lining and debris removal.
o Maintain 23 tennis courts and 7 Pickleball courts including: emptying all trash cans at Racquet Park, pressure washing, painting, sweeping and other assigned tasks.
o Responsible for annual reconditioning of the tennis courts.
o Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation.
o Assume full responsibility for the condition of the property at Racquet Park (the infrastructure) as well as all of the public areas.
o Report to work on time daily in uniform and focused at the job responsibilities and participate in the Omni Culture daily.
o Be knowledgeable of the Omni Culture and the 6 pillars
o Maintain clear communication with associates and guests
o Expert knowledge of clay court maintenance.
o Experience in general repairs.

Qualifications

 

o Must be able to stand for extended period and walk long distances.
o Must be able to life 80+ pounds.
o Must be able to work alone and outdoors (extreme warm and cold weather)
o Must have a valid current drivers license and be able to drive a golf cart and roller.
o Must have good customer skills and enthusiasm.
