Term Switch/Inforce Sales Support Representative

What is the opportunity?

As the Term Switch/Inforce Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible to be the one point of contact for Advisors to navigate Head Office on their behalf. You will also provide superior sales support and service to Advisors in order to achieve regional sales targets.

What will you do?  

Initiate and respond to calls from producers and provide product and administration support as required.  Takes ownership and accountability in resolving customer inquiries and issues.  Determines appropriate action for complex issues, both internally and externally, with minimal management involvement.  Proactively recommends solutions and ideas when resolving problems.Assist Sales Consultant with analyzing blocks of business and identifying opportunities for additional premium.  New Business: Manages all requirements of the new business process from quoting, contracting and application submission.Provide education and training to producers and their staff on running quotations, application completion, product information and RBC systems.   Provide marketing support to Sr. Sales Consultant – develop kits, letters, presentations, etc.  Assist with revenue generation activities specific to each MGA strategy.Establish relationships with the key staff of MGAs. Assists in new producer set-up including proactive calling and follow-up.Work closely with internal partners to provide seamless service to MGA (GSI analyst, New Business, Underwriting)Successfully complete RBCI required Campus Courses prior to stated deadlinesParticipate in call campaigns as they arise.

The expected salary range for the above position is $41,000 - $65,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payout.
