We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedTerminal Directorto oversee our operations atJFK Airport. TheTerminal Directorwill be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all Villa Restaurant Group concepts within the terminal, including staffing, customer service, operational standards, and financial performance. What You'll Do: + Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations of all Villa Restaurant Group concepts within the terminal, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. + Customer Service:Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively. + Financial Management:Manage terminal budgets, expenses, and revenue targets. Implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability. + Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and airport policies. + Relationship Management:Build and maintain positive relationships with airport authorities, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. + Quality Control:Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets. Implement corrective actions as needed. + Promotions and Marketing:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility. + Performance Analysis:Analyze sales data, financial reports, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. + Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and objectives for Villa Restaurant Group's presence at JFK Airport. What You'll Need: + Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). + Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, multi-unit environment. + Proven track record of success in managing operations, driving sales, and achieving financial targets. + Strong leadership and communication skills. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment. + Knowledge of airport operations and regulations is a plus. + Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
