The ideal candidate will have at least **5 years of experience** in janitorial management, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. **Responsibilities:** + Supervise and coordinate the activities of the janitorial staff. + Ensure all terminal areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. + Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols. + Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. + Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly. **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial management is a plus. + Strong leadership and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. **Compensation:** Competitive salary of **$90,000** per year. Reasoning Ability: + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
