**Job Title: Terminal Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Terminal Operator to join our team. This role involves multiple job duties including managing silica material, lifting and stacking bags, sealing and scanning labels, operating forklifts, driving trucks within the facility, and general cleanup of workstations. **Responsibilities** + Attach large bags to a chute to catch silica material and operate a lever to control the volume according to the order. Monitor the weight using a scale. + Lift 50lb bags from a waist-high table and stack them on a pallet. This process occurs every 30 seconds. + Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material. + Drive a forklift after one month of training. + Drive trucks within the facility after one month of training. Note that this does not include driving on roads. + Perform general cleanup of workstations. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift 50lb consistently. + Ability to get respirator fit. + Experience with packaging, loading, and unloading. + Experience working in hot and cold environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience. + Experience using hand tools. + Forklift driving experience. + Experience in construction, oil, and gas industries. **Why Work Here?** We offer a $1 raise each year on your anniversary, capping at $23 after the third year. There are opportunities for promotion to a Plant Operator position, which can earn up to $28/hour. Our company maintains a small, close-knit feel with a team of 9-15 employees and is highly committed to safety and environmental awareness. **Work Environment** This position operates on the 1st shift from 6am to 6pm. Employees receive a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, though breaks are not mandatory. The average work week ranges from 5 to 7 days.
