**Job Title: Terminal Operator $21/hr (Weekly Pay)** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Terminal Operator to join our team. This role involves multiple duties such as handling silica material, managing packaging tasks, and maintaining general cleanliness of the workstations. The ideal candidate should be able to lift heavy weights, handle a variety of tasks efficiently, and be open to working in various environmental conditions. **Responsibilities** + Attach large bags to a chute to catch silica material, operating a lever to control the volume to match the order. The bag is on a scale to show the weight. + Lift 50lb bags from a table waist-high and stack them on a pallet. Bags come out every 30 seconds. + Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material. + Operate a forklift after one month of training. + Drive trucks into the facility after one month of training (not on roads). + General cleanup of the workstations. **Essential Skills** + General labor experience + Hand tool usage + Packing and packaging experience + Forklift operation + Loading and unloading experience + Construction experience + Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently + Ability to get respirator fit + Experience working in hot/cold environments + Picking experience + Oil and gas industry experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently + Must be able to get respirator fit + Must be able to work in hot/cold environments **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a $1 raise each year on your anniversary, capping at $23 after three years.
