A Seasonal Tree Attendant contributes to driving sales by naturally engaging the customer while holiday tree shopping. They uphold terrain’s four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform and to appreciate our customer.
Role Responsibilities Shares tree knowledge to service the customer to assists with customer purchases by cutting, baling, and tying trees to vehiclesDelivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS for an efficient check outEnjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, contributing to the holiday experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to othersAssists leadership team in maintain tree yard standards and stocking treesAdheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store Role Qualifications Experience in customer serviceBasic knowledge and skill of power toolsAbility to lift in excess of 50lbs and push 100lbs on a daily basisWilling and able to work outside in all weather conditionsAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays The PerksURBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
