Position Overview
As a Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) in the Manufacturing (MFG) team at Autodesk, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and renewals within a portfolio of key accounts. While the primary focus is on manufacturing customers, you will have the opportunity to sell across the entire Autodesk portfolio of products, helping customers drive innovation and digital transformation.
Reporting to a Director of Southern Europe Mid Market Manufacturing , you will collaborate with Inside Sales, Partner Management, Channel Partners, Account-Based Marketing, and Field Sales to execute strategic account plans and exceed financial objectives.

Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 35 key manufacturing accounts in France, ensuring high customer retention and expansion
Engage with customers to build relationships, and discover, document, and maintain customer business initiatives (CBIs) to create and implement strategic customer plans. Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
Establish and foster relationships with decision-makers at new businesses that are not yet Autodesk customers. Develop a robust sales pipeline by working backwards from customer outcomes and positioning Autodesk's product suite. Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition
Prioritize one of the Focus Sales Plays and justify a connected business initiative based on its expected commercial benefit by conducting in-depth analysis, presenting potential returns on investment, and aligning the initiative with prospective customers' strategic goals and initiatives (CBIs)
Keep a pulse on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and key issues that can be solved with Autodesk offerings, while creating tailored sales strategies that address the needs and pain points of each potential client
Leverage Autodesk's strategy to develop specific plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base by understanding customer needs, demonstrating how our products meet these needs, and closing deals
Collaborate with various internal customer-facing teams—including Business Development, Technical Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner Management—to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience. Foster relationships with partners to ensure they are engaged and providing maximum value, and prepare a defined number of customers for handoff to expansion sales teams and partners to capture continued growth
Drive account planning with Autodesk Partners and leverage their capacity and capability to deliver customer outcomes
Track sales metrics and report data to leadership to inform strategic decisions and forecasts, delivering accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to support business planning
Provide regular customer insights and feedback to influence product innovation and go-to-market strategies
Minimum Qualifications
+5 years of field-sales experience
Experience managing and growing key accounts in a B2B sales environment
Strong consultative selling and relationship management experience, with the ability to engage at an executive level
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, including business case development and ROI analysis
Experience managing sales processes using CRM tools like Salesforce (SFDC) and leveraging digital sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering customer value
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required
Experience working with or managing channel sales partners is a plus
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
This role requires travel within France for customer meetings and industry events. We are open to discussing individual circumstances and accommodations
