Uses product knowledge to ensure sets are fully equipped and delivered timely to customer locations and to ensure product exchanges are completed accurately. Key Responsibilities: + Provides support to assigned Sales Teams as follows: + Assures that the proper equipment is available, and knowledge of which sets are required for specific surgeries + Delivers/Picks up equipment for surgery + Performs and ships product exchanges + Maintains equipment and promotional materials in a presentable manner + Understands and properly communicates the function of the product line + Performs administrative duties to assure customer satisfaction + Acquires knowledge of all new products added to the line + Communicates activities to regional and senior management and the Consultant via monthly reports + Involved in field support activities as assigned by Regional Manager / AVP The anticipated base pay range for this position is $47,150 to $75,383. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
