**Position Overview**
We are seeking a**Full Time Territory Development Representative**to showcase our client, Coleman, and their high-end, adrenaline-pumping motorsport vehicles including mini bikes, pocket bikes, go-karts, and electric golf carts.This individual's primary responsibilities include expanding Coleman's presence in Wal-Mart stores within an assigned territory. This position requires a blend of strategic sales, high-level merchandising skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. The role demands extensive travel, with an expectation of approximately 75% of the time spent traveling throughout viable territories as business needs dictate.

**Schedule:**
+ Full-time hours - 40 per week
+ Monday - Friday typically 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**Duties**
+ Travel to assigned Walmart stores to execute dedicated sales & merchandising strategies that engage customers and increase product sales
+ Develop and support effective relationships with Wal-Mart leadership to introduce and promote Coleman Motorsports products
+ Expertly merchandise SKUs upon arrival at stores, ensuring an appealing and organized product presentation
+ Utilize hands-on skills to assemble, set up, and support display models of our products
+ Conduct regular visits to Wal-Mart locations to ensure the best product placement and visibility
+ Provide training and support to store staff on the features and benefits of Coleman products
+ Gather and analyze feedback from store teams and customers to inform product improvements and sales strategies
+ Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure prompt product restocking
+ Participate in trade shows and promotional events as needed or requested
+ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
+ Manage acceptance and scheduling of work to ensure timely completion
+ Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends
+ Lead and mentor junior sales representatives to foster a high-performance sales culture
+ Submit same-day online survey reports to document visits, including digital photos of completed work
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a related retail field
+ Proven leadership experience, preferably in the motorsports or a related industry
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills for product assembly and merchandising
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
+ Self-motivated with a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
**Physical Requirements**
+ Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
+ Willingness to travel extensively by vehicle and/or plane, with up to 75% of time spent on the road
+ Access to a personal smartphone with GPS/Wi-Fi capability to use for reporting requirements
+ Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods of time
+ Able to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance
+ Must have a basic understanding and ability to use manual and power tools
