Territory Field Sales Manager, Uber Eats
**About the Role** As a Territory Field Sales Manager reporting directly to the Territory GM, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of sales representatives, developing a winning sales strategy,  and being a true partner to internal teams (UK and EMEA). This role offers a chance to impact the next phase of Uber’s growth journey (moving from product to solution selling), and a path to accelerate your development and career. **What you'll do** - Lead our Field Sales Representatives with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the alignment with the broader UKI Delivery strategy - Ensure the right people and team’s internal processes are in place to deliver on our strategy; proactively identify both risks and opportunities for improvement, and initiate action to address them, justified with relevant data.Lead a high-performing team of sales representatives: hire, develop, and motivate a team of 10+ sales reps who are based in different locations and selling across a diverse portfolio of markets Develop a winning sales strategy based on robust analysis, truly understanding the portfolio, and business priorities, and allocating resources efficiently - Partner with internal teams both in the UK and EMEA: Examples improving existing processes and reporting (e.g: Territories, Sales Ops), setting the right targets and incentives (e.g: Sales Compensation), driving growth (in market Territory leads, AMs) **What you'll need** - A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales/commercial role - Leadership and people management experience leading a distributed sales/commercial team - A GoGetIt mindset with the willing to embrace the grind, overcome adversity and play to win for the people we serve, seizing the opportunity to push the envelope. - An ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with cross-functional teams - to be a strong problem-solver and able to dive into data and identify how our customers are engaging with the product, identifying challenges & capitalising on opportunities - Experience building and developing a high performing team: you know how to support, challenge, and motivate a team of high-performers and turn them into a high-performing team We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
