ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS:
To help open new business and grow Skechers apparel category in your assigned territory.To develop a seasonal/annual business plan (by account) that details growth objectives and key programs.To attend all trade shows and buy meetings as deemed necessary by management.To work effectively with your manager to maximize Skechers distribution within your account base.To gather and report sell-thru information weekly for your assigned accounts.To keep track of your account’s weekly customer reviews, inventory, % IMU margins.Maintain current awareness of competitors, competitive product lines and programs with a strong overall understanding of the Skechers Apparel and disseminate relevant information with the Sales team. (Be our eyes and ears on the ground in middle of country).To represent Skechers professionally to all accounts within your territory.Knowledge of market trends.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience with account base of both Major and Independent retailers.Must have strong organizational skills and follow up skills.Must have strong written and oral communication skills.Must have the ability to multi-task.Must be detailed oriented.Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.Previous apparel experience. Will not consider applicants without apparel experience.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred5 years of experience in apparel related field, activewear a plus.Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, SPS commerce, Concur.Ability to travel nationally 30-50% of work hours.Lift and carry samples, sample bags, rolling racks.Valid driver license and clear driving record.The pay range for this position is $100,000-$110,000.
