WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4-7 years of sales leadershipLaunched or managed multiple retail locationsProven ability to build a solid sales culture and high-performing teams while handling change managementDemonstrated accomplishments of delivering a clean, organized, and optimal experience for all customers and employeesHigh level of comfort with personal technologyTravel: Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.Abilities: Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.Schedule: Travel and flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.Telecommunications/wireless experience -2-4 yearsHistory of identifying trends while developing response plans for risks

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $69,200.00 and $113,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
