Territory Manager - Specialty and Institutional Gases - GTA, ON
Territory Manager – Specialty Institutional Gases will be responsible for managing an existing group of customers in the GTA and surrounding areas. Working closely with our Merchant, Packaged and Medigas divisions, you will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with our base of existing customers in assigned territory while cultivating and gaining new business associated with our product line of specialty and institutional gases and related equipment.
Major Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities for a select group of customers ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience in the purchasing of our productsProactively communicating with this customer base to validate complete customer satisfaction while addressing issues or concernsPromote and sell our line of products including bulk, cylinder, and related equipment in assigned territory using current communication tools and devices, leading to quotations and ultimately to a new customerStrong emphasis on growing sales through new business development while implementing marketing plans and new product launchesImprove the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions along with improving working cash flow through timely collectionsCarry out administrative tasks as necessary to ensure complete and accurate account set up and pricing dataRecord and maintain competitive market information and activityPerforming all job duties in compliance with Linde Canada Safety Standards and Code of Business IntegrityLinde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2023 sales of $33 billion.
