Position Summary The Territory Manager (TM) plays a key role within the Retail Trade Sales team in ensuring sales targets are met. This is done by taking the lead on product ranging, promotion and sales within the assigned area. This position is well-suited for someone who has a strong passion, positive attitude and excelled interpersonal skill to collaborate effectively with the wider team and stakeholders. Working with a highly experienced and hands-on Management Team, this is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Professional to embark on and expand their coverage. Responsibilities Universal Accountabilities Develop and execute annual business plans that efficiently achieves Customer & EHP goals/objectives Communicate industry and competitor developments and recommend adjustments in business plan and tactics to aggressively respond to changes; lead response execution Manage overall Customer/Account fundamental to lead better sales. Specific Accountabilities Visit customers per weekly/monthly schedule and responsible stores within the account Negotiate with customers to execute in-store promotions efficiently and meet the sales targets Pursue sales leads by installing additional display rack and so on to accomplish better sales Build and maintain positive relationships to generate future sales Manage POG to be consistent per product category Manage inventory and prevent out-of-stock Establish sales promotion plans and execute them in the store Allocate sales targets per each store and manage so these targets are met Analyze sales relevant data such as POS sales data, promotion sales data, Nielsen data and etc. Enhance the display rate (=SOS; Share of Shelves) and distribution What we are looking for More than 2 years of work experiences in Modern Trade channel sales Able to travel for visiting customers and assigned markets (Driving License required) Strong communication and influencing skills Enjoy working in a team and wider communication scope Basic in English Demonstrated competencies in Collaboration/Achieve Results/Strong Passion / implementation/Positive thinking/Innovative & Creative Preferred Skills and Experience FMCG/Mass selling experience preferred Key Account/Modern Trade Account management experience Come join us!
