We provide exceptional customer service and high-performance products to our customers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Territory Manager to oversee the sales and distribution of our truck spare parts within a defined geographic territory.
Role Responsibilities:
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing customer relationships within your designated territory. You will work closely with existing clients and identify new business opportunities to increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the truck and commercial vehicle parts industry and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Travel: 70% / 30%
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales (+5 years), preferably within the automotive, truck, mining, construction or spare parts industry.Strong knowledge of truck parts, components, and repair processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to create tailored sales strategies.Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently within the territory.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineer or a related field.Previous experience as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative in the spare parts industryEnglish (desirable)Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
