工作职责:
•日常服务 - 负责区域内餐饮客户群的日常服务工作,并完成服务报告。其中包括:为客户提供专业的产品使用培训;设备预见性检查及保养;销售账款核对与跟踪。
•应急服务 - 负责区域内餐饮客户的紧急需求和服务;
•深入客户 - 深入了解客户需求,为客户定制食品安全和清洁消毒解决方案,提升客户满意度,加强与客户的关系;
•订单跟进 - 配合公司、客户层面的销售活动,跟进、追踪所负责门店的订单;
•团队合作 - 落实各客户的特殊服务要求,并对异常情况进行及时反馈;
•品牌建立 - 在负责的区域内建立艺康的品牌形象。
任职要求:
•大专及以上学历;
•具有良好的沟通技巧,高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力;
•有一定的客户服务意识;
