Responsibilities
As a Territory Manager (m/f/d), you will be pivotal in achieving sales targets within your designated territory while providing training and support to customers within Insulet’s sales and marketing framework. Your role will focus on the development, management, and growth of user and prescriber relationships. You will enhance existing business and foster brand loyalty among strategic accounts, including private practice diabetologists, diabetes clinics, teaching hospitals, and large medical centers. Additionally, you will actively promote brand awareness and drive demand for the Insulet portfolio in your territory. Collaboration with marketing, market access, and customer service teams will be essential to ensure optimal customer care.
Key Responsibility
Meet or exceed sales targets within your territory.Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of the diabetes market and competitors, showcasing Insulet products effectively.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the diabetes sector, driving initiatives to enhance customer retention.Employ creative strategies to motivate and inspire stakeholders, even in challenging situations.Engage with high-level decision-makers and maintain ongoing communication with diabetes organizations in your area.Design and conduct training programs for customers and patients.Organize and manage regular sales and training events within your territory.Utilize and demonstrate Insulet’s data management software.Collaborate closely with the Market Access Team, possessing a thorough understanding of healthcare funding and key decision-makers in your region.Work in tandem with colleagues in sales and at headquarters.Conduct field activities with professionalism, adhering to established guidelines.Handle administrative tasks promptly and efficiently.Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.Qualifications

Exceptional presentation skills.Strong interpersonal communication abilities, both verbal and written.Team-oriented with a proactive approach to responsibilities.Independent and adaptable, with sound business acumen.Established credibility and connections within the diabetes community.Basic computer proficiency.Fluent in German (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.Education and Experience
Proven track rescord in sales within the medical technology industry or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.Experience in diabetes product sales is advantageous.Ideally, you have an established network of diabetologists and diabetes consultants.Enjoy tackling challenging tasks in a dynamic environment and inspiring team success.Demonstrated track record of team achievements.Excellent organizational, planning, and pipeline management skills.Experience interacting directly with healthcare professionals and diabetes patients.Physical Requirments
Valid driving license required.Regular business travel is necessary, primarily by car within the assigned region.Overnight trips may vary, typically ranging from 2 to 5 nights per month.Work environment includes clinics and practices in the area, as well as a home office.A company car will be provided.What we offer:
