We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our inside sales team as a Territory Manager! The Territory Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of and executing on our profitable sales growth plan and budget, specifically as it pertains to supporting our Key Accounts.
This is an office based position in Cerritos, CA, with 15% travel expected for trade shows, conventions, and key account visits.
Responsibilities:
Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts while prospecting and building business with new accounts in the Western Region. Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Present new product offerings, identify growth areas for accounts, work on conversions, and additional support to accounts to increase their business. Account visits are required. This includes the planning and execution of setting up sales meetings and end user calls. Attend industry trade shows and conventions as needed. Conduct virtual sales trainings with distributors. Manage all account needs, such as conversion opportunities, stock levels, delivery information, and credit questions, you will be assigned a Customer Service Representative to your territory for assistance. Implement and manage pricing strategies within all assigned accounts. Attend sales meetings and other events required to fulfill the duties of a Key Account Manager. Collaborate with manufacturer sales representatives assigned to territory to increase business profit and product knowledge within accounts. Strategize with National Sales Manager to determine avenues to increase sales. Analyze reports as needed for sales trends, buying group reports, new product sales, or product categories which can be improved upon at distributor locations. Generate required sales reports accurately and on time. Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all departments. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Professional Selling, Marketing or Business-related field is preferred. 3-5 years previous selling experience in industry specific (PPE) categories preferred. Travel approximately 15% of the year. Required to work independently with minimal supervision. Positive customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and external contacts. Analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Revco California salary range: $68,640 - $80,000 plus bonus eligibility based on experience, education, and geographic location.
