Summary: Manage, coordinate and direct daily operations of the sales efforts of CDH to implement and execute the go-to market strategy for Noth America. Coordinates sales activities with CDH to meet customers' needs. Manages client relationships in the USA for CDH. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Maintain and establish client relationships with CDH. * Seek out opportunities for CDH within North America. * Coordinates clients visit and communications with all stakeholders to achieve overall sales goals and objectives for North America. * Monitor and maintain customer service levels to support teamwork and foster customer satisfaction. * Coordinates the effort of inside sales and key account managers with other departments to assure operation in accordance with CDH's policies. * Monitors and reports sales levels and activity to appropriate individuals. * Works with CDH Management Group to forecast regional sales volume. * Responsible for sales presentations in client facing meetings both virtual and in person. * Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix. * Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and customers. * Provides proper guidance, mentoring and feedback for all department employees on client needs Supervisory Responsibilities: * Reports to CDH Vice President of Sales. * No direct reports Qualifications: * Experience with metal forming, stamping, roll forming and the steel industry. * Prior working relationships in Automotive supply, B to B non-automotive for value added engineered metal shapes, solar industries or similar metals related markets. * Demonstrated history of 5-10 years of customer relationship management. * Ability to travel within the USA and occasional trips to Europe. * Must maintain a driver's license or means to travel and visit clients on a regular basis. * Prior manufacturing experience. * Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work both in groups on one one's own. Education and/or Experience: * Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 5 years' experience with direct sales. * Preferred -- industry experience.
