Yearly Lubricants Sales 0,5 KT

 

Management of 1 retail area Sales activities including fuels, lubricant and services for a portfolio of 20 stationsWork in close co-operation with the other units of the company for smooth operation

The job requires all aspects of marketing skills from strategic analysis to operational implementation: from being able to conduct strategic and marketing analysis to understand customers’ expectations and anticipate their needs, to being able to develop the right products and services

Activities

HSE Compliance: Promote HSEQ corporate policy, enforce TEME Golden Rules, and implement return of experience initiatives.

Safety Performance: Maintain TRIR below the affiliate's objective, utilize stop cards, and report near misses.

Legal and Ethical Compliance: Adhere to local laws and regulations, respect the code of conduct, and report any ethical or fraud-related issues.

Financial Performance: Achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and ensure timely payments and receivables from dealers.

Solar Project Management: Monitor solar project efficiency and performance.

Account Management: Closely monitor all accounts to avoid overdue payments.

Site Rental Management: Renew site rentals before expiry dates to minimize risk and maximize turnover.

Service Evaluation: Monitor top service evaluations and results.

Business Planning: Develop and monitor site-by-site business plans and take corrective actions as needed.

Shop, Food & Services Implementation: Collaborate with the Shop, Food &Services team to ensure SFS plans and goals are implemented with a focus on return on investment.

Candidate Profile Education: University degreeRequired Years of Experience:  3 to 5 yearsLanguages: Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to effectively manage customer relationships.Professional Ethics: Strong work ethic and adherence to ethical standards.Financial Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of financial concepts and implications.
