**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
The Associate Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager works closely with Sales, Brand Management, and our retail partners to grow online sales and household penetration. They collaborate with the Associate Director of E-com & Digital Marketing and the appropriate internal partners to create, execute, manage and measure effective omnichannel promotions. They ensure product content accuracy and successful syndication with retail partners. They manage account budgets to efficiently acquire and retain new consumers.
+ DELIVER INTEGRATED SALES GROWTH AND PROMOTIONAL PLANS
+ Drive online sales through effective account optimization and promotional management to meet annual account objectives.
+ Works with Associate Director of E-commerce & Digital Marketing and Field Sales Representatives to select incremental and profitable sales-driving tactics.
+ Collaborates with Brand Management team to select and optimize the most suitable e-commerce promotional strategies for brand and product campaigns.
+ Works closely with retail and vendor partners to execute effective e-commerce strategies and campaigns.
+ Maintains promotional campaigns in enterprise and 3rd party promotion management tools.+ MANAGE ACCOUNT BUDGETS AND MAINTAIN PROFITABILITY
+ Establishes annual promotional plans within each account’s assigned e-commerce budget.
+ Optimizes promotional campaigns to assure incrementality and high return on investment (ROI & ROAS).
+ Loading and maintaining annual promotional account plans in SMART promotional management system.
+ ANALYSIS & REPORTING
+ Provide monthly updates on promotional spend and resulting retail sales.
+ Provide regular performance updates (sales growth, promotional performance, ROAS/ROI)
+ Research and present ad hock account and campaign insights to internal stakeholders via SharePoint, team meetings and other forums.
+ CONTENT MANAGEMENT & DISTRIBUTION
+ Provides guidance and support for e-commerce content management function.
+ Troubleshoots retailer product information syndication issues
+ Collaborates with Hormel DEG on management of e-commerce content management systems (PIM/DAM).
+ Provide backup documents needed to clear invoices in the High Radius system.
+ Enters and maintains purchase orders and provides backup for payment as needed.
+ Support ad-hock e-commerce projects and needs.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
Required
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 3-5 years’ experience creating and managing online consumer experiences across multiple channels in a digital media role, or relatable work experience.
+ Experience working with online retailers, services and promotional platforms.
+ Experience with Product Information Management Systems. (PIM/DAM)
+ Experience with Google Analytics, and or other analytic tools.
+ Excellent project management skills and familiarity with platforms such as; ASANA, JIRA, etc.
+ Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
+ Knowledge and passion for Natural and Organic food industry.
+ Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Preferred
+ Basic web design / html experience.

At Applegate, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $63,700 - $89,200 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
