Territory Manager - Industrial Sales

This position requires a full range of account management activities associated with developing, expanding, and servicing production facilities in the Southeast Wisconsin area. The account base has significant competitive potential in many industries, including precision and rough grinding markets and managing several large industrial distribution relationships. Collaboration with our distributor partners must be a focus for success in this territory. This includes planning, joint sales calls, and hands-on training. Territory accounts can be demanding and require strategic, focused planning and execution. The candidate must be as comfortable working with a machine operator and testing an abrasive product as they are presenting a growth plan to a large multi-national corporation and/or a company president.
