**Position Description**
As the Territory Manager for National Accounts, you will be responsible for the regional growth and engagement of our National Distributor partners within your territory. This role is a critical component in the overall growth of each of the National Accounts. Your local engagement with key decision-makers will ensure critical alignment with the strategies and initiatives that drive our mutual growth. The successful candidate possesses exemplary communication, time management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Your exceptional planning skills, allow you to design a robust territory plan that capitalizes on the engagement and success of our Jobsite solutions team, our new products, our promotional offerings, and our in-branch support teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with National Accounts, have an insatiable appetite for success and will have demonstrated the ability to be a strong team player.
**What You Will Do**
+ Develop and implement a robust plan to grow sales/POS and market share across the entire customer base.
+ Must meet regularly with all stakeholders to identify long-term and short-term needs and develop a plan to deliver key metrics.
+ Provide leadership, direction, and support for assigned customers.
+ Align with customer Sales Teams to develop strong user opportunities and engagement with our Jobsite Solutions teams.
+ Develop and execute quarterly business reviews and lead monthly sales engagement updates with your accounts and your local end-user representatives (JSS).
+ Plan, organize and execute, in conjunction with your customer and local marketing resources an event strategy that delivers best-in-class POS and Brand Awareness.
+ Remain current with your communication through Monday.com’s CRM
+ Coordinate and deliver sales presentations effectively utilizing resources available. Promote, sell, and secure business for both existing and new products.
+ Participate in sales meetings and trade shows representing the company and presenting products and programs.
+ Expedite the resolution of customer challenges and issues.
+ Other duties as required.
**What You Will Bring**
+ Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 3+ years of successful sales/marketing experience, and/or dealing in the industrial channel to strategic or national account distributors and or users.
+ Demonstrated a history of strong results.
+ Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills, including exemplary communication and planning skills.
+ Demonstrated exceptional negotiation skills.
+ Takes a positive approach and has a sense of urgency.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal resources.
+ Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record and passport.
+ PC literate in Microsoft Office products
