Territory Manager - Public Safety.
Remote position covering the Southeast of England, U.K
Primary Purpose:
Responsible for achieving Territory Sales Quota, by selling ZOLL’s Public Safety portfolio via Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales quotas as assignedBuild ZOLL presence in the public safety marketManage existing Business Partners within the territoryRecruit new Business Partners to increase market segment coverageBuild strong relationshipsResponsible for providing the required in-service education to customersDevelop and implement sales channel strategy to achieve high and profitable penetration of each segment of the public safety market in the territoryTerritory Management:Pro-active management of diary & territoryPro-active management of all active sales opportunitiesPlanning, monitoring and delivering required activity levels to achieve targetsUncovering and developing new business opportunities in both existing and new accounts, developing and keeping up-to-date an adequate pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectationsDeveloping, implementing and monitoring effectiveness of tactical plansEnsuring required levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintainedSales discipline:Responsible for maintaining daily organized account records, including account profiles, using Salesforce.comResponsible for providing various reports as required by management in a timely and professional manner. These shall include but are not limited to: Expense reports, forecasts, etcResponsible for maintaining and tracking demo and evaluation inventory. Equipment must be maintained and presented in good working manner. Attend trade shows, conferences & exhibitionsInteraction with colleagues in ZOLL:Develop effective relationships with colleagues to maximise business potential & customer satisfaction, foster a winning, professional, supportive cultureProvide feedback as requested by colleagues in a timely and professional mannerLiaise regularly with UK Public Safety Manager to determine current sales prioritiesLiaise regularly with Public Safety Marketing and Sales Manager to determine & provide feedback on current campaigns.Participate constructively in EMEA Public Safety meetings and initiativesDesirable Experience
