Territory Recruitment Admin Associate

Key Responsibilities: List, in order of importance, key duties and responsibilities of the role and provide an estimated percentage of time dedicated for each responsibility.


Product Ownership.  Act as the Territory admin and support to all recruitment proposition programs and campaigns. - Liaise with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure successful event execution. - Represent the company at industry-specific events to promote the organization and build relationships for stakeholder engagement, validation and acceptance by Agency Leaders and continuous improvement.



Data Analysis and Reporting.  Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather and analyze relevant distribution data. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and optimize distribution operations in the territory. 

Monitor and track number of recruiters, number of pre-registered guests, actual BOP attendees, and conversions.

Monitor and manage cost per head in every BOP activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of BOP attendees ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.


Process Optimization.  Analyze current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance distribution satisfaction. Implement process optimization initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.


Cross-functional Collaboration.  Collaborate with other Recruitment teams within the territory as well as other Recruitment Managers in the other territories to understand and align distribution-related needs and challenges. Work closely HO Recruitment Proposition Head to align business objectives, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.


Continuous Improvement.  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in recruitment. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the recruitment function.
