Territory Sales Manager

Increase sales volumes, achieve, and possibly overachieve the sales targets on his/her territory in respect of PKI strategy.

· Sell the company’s products or services directly to end-users.

· Provides quality service to PerkinElmer’s internal and external

customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding PerkinElmer’s Values at all times

· Develops and maintains territory coverage plan with designated territory team

· Sell the company’s products or services directly to end-users.

· Reviews his own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

· Attends team meeting and shares best practice with colleagues.

· Provides quality service to PerkinElmer’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding PerkinElmer’s Values at all times

· Achieves assigned sales quotas by maximizing promotion and sales activity of PerkinElmers products

· Consultative sales and promotion of products within customer segments in assigned territory

· Develops and maintains territory coverage plan with designated territory

· Sets targets and review for all direct reportees in consultation with DGMSales

· Succession planning of directs

· Communicates regularly with all members of assigned territory team

· Market development activities: Focus on development and maintenance of key accounts, regional reference sites

· Frequents market feedback on products, competition and market conditions to Product Marketing

· Develops and maintains territory specific information relative to competitors and distributors in the market mix

· Actively probes for all PerkinElmer’s products and refer leads to the appropriate sales representative

· Generates ideas that contribute to territory, business unit, company mission and profitability.

· Close sales opportunities and regularly updating Sales Force Dot Com.

· Develops and implements the business plan in region.
