Leveraging these partnerships, you will lead a team of Field Sales Representatives in conducting sales presentations at classes, events, workshops, and seminars on evenings and weekends.   This is an early career position, and we look forward to speaking with individuals that share a passion for our mission and a history of success within sales and leadership-focused roles.  + A highly motivated individual that overcomes challenges through innovation and hard work  + A natural relationship builder, excited to expand your network and develop your team  + Motivated by the opportunity to earn an uncapped income based on your performance  + Disciplined and able to work autonomously in a remote environment  + Detail-oriented and experienced in leveraging a CRM (Salesforce) to maximize your growth   Duties/Responsibilities  + Identify businesses and events within your territory that are accessing our ideal customer on a recurring basis  + Develop relationships with identified stakeholders to expand our product reach through events, workshops, classes, and seminars  + Train, develop, and schedule direct reports to effectively cover all sales opportunities within your assigned territory  + Assess talent presented by Talent Acquisition to continue growing your team  + Improve upon existing business partnerships by highlighting the latest programs and benefits available to them as a partner of U.S. LawShield  + Leverage technology, such as Salesforce, to track, report, and advance your relationship building, and SAP Concur to track expenses incurred by your team and territory  + Travel within the region (approximately 2 ½ hour radius surrounding the base of operations) to support your team and our business partners  + Support your team in their growth efforts by conducting direct-to-consumer sales presentations as needed  Compensation  + Base salary and uncapped monthly bonus, leading to an OTE of $60k-$70k your first year  Powered by JazzHR
