Job DescriptionAs the Territory Manager, you will enjoy working with customers of all sizes to attain financial sales goals through maintaining and growing the relationships with distributors, dealers, and construction professionals. With support of the inside sales and marketing team you will implement promotions, programs and processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in decking or building materials, outside sales, be extremely autonomous, and be able to travel overnight.
This remote position is based in the Spokane, WA, or Missoula, MT areas and we expect up to 50% overnight travel per month. The territory covers Eastern Washington, the Idaho panhandle, and the state of Montana.
Salary: $98,000 - $110,000 plus commission based on the performance of your territory.

Sales, Margin and Expense budget achievement- monthly, quarterly and annuallyKPIs performance improvement- Fiberon Market Share, Dealer Share, Product Positions and Builder ShareKey Dealers and Users acquisition and retentionOptimizing local Distribution to grow Market ShareDevelops annual business plan with Regional Manager which will result in the Territory Manager exceeding Territory financial budgets.Conducts professional semi-annual Joint Business Planning Meetings with RM and local DistributorsEffectively and consistently utilizes CRM and the Sales Process of the CompanyMakes effective presentations using a variety of methods i.e. F2F, Go To Meeting (GTM) to both small and large groupsGathers and remits to Sales and Marketing management competitive programs, promotions and tactics employedAdheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the teamQualificationsBasic Qualifications
Valid State issued Drivers’ license4+ years outside sales experienceMust live within the core geographyWell-versed using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Enjoys public speaking and has ability to demonstrate products and company advantages to groups of all sizes.Nice To Have:
