Territory Sales Manager
  PURPOSE:    

To manage an assigned territory and meeting and exceeding growth objectives in targeted, high-impact markets; advancing both revenue and subscriber market positions for Connect America companies in the B2B, government and payer space driving utilization of PERS, Medication Management and Remote Patient Monitoring solutions.


OPPORTUNITY:

Develop customer growth & expansion plan in conjunction with key customer decision makers in organizational leadership roles (C-Suite and/or principals) and stakeholders within assigned geographic markets with the goal of meeting and exceeding assigned retention and growth revenue and subscriber growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive consultative growth & expansion planning disciples to current and newly contracted strategic customers.

Extensive experience with selling into Medicare\Medicaid and other government funded programs as well as B2B sales.To deliver on growth expectations in both revenue and organic subscribers’ growth by effectively targeting, proposing, negotiating, and contracting with meaningful new channel & partnership organizations and individuals. Targeting is the critical first step that comes from effective overall Market Growth & Expansion PlanningCurrent or previous experience creating long-lasting and productive business relationships.Deliver on territory sales quota and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) - revenue and subscriber growth objectives, customer meeting, quarterly business reviews, as well as acting as the primary strategic contact point for designated key programs (customers) within their assigned geographic markets.Deliver exceptional customer experience. Meeting and exceeding established KPIs This role will be managing an annual Sales Territory up to 10MIL annual revenue. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Effectively interact with senior level stakeholders in internal and external environments.Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other promotional events when needed.Take a proactive part in promoting Connect America companies’ commitment to meeting customer needs by providing an established standard of service.Coordinate with Sales and Marketing personnel to deliver customer consultation and training regarding:New Solutions policies, proceduresMarketing activities to increase awareness and utilization of Solutions and servicesDocument all sales and service activities in SalesForce.com, maintaining active sales funnel (via SalesForce.com) to enable and ensure both goal attainment and accurate monthly revenue forecasting.Must be able to travel 50% 


 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 5 years relevant sales experience or comparable healthcare experience in a quota carrying sales role utilizing a solution selling\need-based sales methodology.Proven track record of consistent sales quota achievement and delivering on KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)Government and Payer Sales Experience Excellent leadership, listening, written and oral presentation, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.Selling into C-Suite and\or PrincipalsExperience in developing and executing territory sales strategies with ability to forecast, set goals and objectives and deliver on sales activities.Possess strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated attention to detail, work ethic, and accountability.Organization, time management and planning skills.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with both customers and colleagues at all levels.Healthcare or elder care experience desirable Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the companyComputer proficiency in MS Office, Tableau and CRM (Salesforce.com a plus).


Commission opportunity up to $40,000 annually

$500 Monthly Car Allowance & Mileage Reimbursement
